We've decided to take on container house design as well.
Rather than starting from used containers, we design from the point of building new containers.
The design is fully custom; manufacturing is done in Qingdao, China.
For a smaller 20-ft container (L 6,058 × W 2,438 × H 2,896 mm), we're aiming for an all-in price of under ¥4 million.
The container itself is sturdy, but in its raw state it's cold in winter and hot in summer.
We raise the insulation performance properly and propose a compact, energy-efficient unit-style dwelling.
