Our second Passive House has been successfully registered. Location: Hamamatsu.

The details were complex, so the Ψ-value (thermal bridge) calculations were a struggle.

Also, cooling and dehumidification demand was really on the edge — that gave us some sweaty palms.

It took time, but thanks to everyone, we got certification.

Winter in the Chubu region is now almost a no-heating reality. We'd like to find the general-purpose answer for cooling and dehumidification as soon as possible.
