In L'art de vie studio's detailing, we reserve an "ant-path inspection zone" on the foundation. We deliberately expose part of the foundation, which of course becomes a thermal bridge. We check via Ψ-value analysis whether that introduces issues. There are also countermeasures like installing an ant-deflector on top of the foundation. I'm looking forward to exchanging information with everyone about anti-termite measures through this session.
