ほぼパッシブハウスが完成

間取り、構造、環境のすべてを細かに設計しきった物件がほぼ完成しました。

２０１８年の夏に始まったプロジェクトがやっと実を結びました。

始まりはUa値0.4以下の家を作りたいというお客さんの言葉から始まりました。お客さんがUa値を指定して依頼してくる時代が始まったかと感心していましたが、気がつけばパッシブハウスレベルの超高性能住宅になっていました。
